There is no need to convince anyone that investments in infrastructure raise the standard of living of the inhabitants of cities and communes and may contribute to reducing the costs of local government functioning. Intelligent lighting, air quality measurement system &#8211; what is worth investing in to improve the city&#8217;s image, save on energy costs and attract investors? Is there a recipe for successful implementation of innovations in infrastructure? How did the cities that have already implemented the first infrastructure modernization projects benefit?
